|Common Criminal Appellate
ADI's listing of oft-used jargon may be especially helpful

|Appellate Advocacy College
2000 Course Materials
The California Judicial Counsel, through its task force known
as AIDOAC (Appellate Indigent Defense Oversight Advisory Committee),
and the 5 appellate projects throughout the state, presented
an Appellate Advocacy College in May, 2000. The materials
prepared for that conference are posted on the website of
the California Courts.
|CCAP's Searchable Database
Central California Appellate Program has a database of materials,
including its well-stocked brief bank. Some of this material
may be helpful to provide a starting point for your own research.
However, it should never be a substitute for your own work;
CAP/LA can not vouch for the accuracy or quality of any of
the briefing contained at that website.
